The NY Post<\/u> today is reporting that Ms. Huma Abedin \u2013 prot\u00e9g\u00e9 of a certain lady not exactly known for espousing conservative political tenets \u2013 was formerly assistant editor for a highly conservative Islamic magazine<\/a><\/em>.\u00a0 That magazine is the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs<\/u>.<\/p>\n

Vogue<\/u> it\u2019s not.\u00a0 It\u2019s been described as a \u201cradical Muslim journal\u201d and as \u201chate filled\u201d.<\/p>\n

Predictably, Abedin today denies having an \u201cactive role\u201d<\/a><\/em> with the magazine.<\/p>\n

Yeah, right.\u00a0 And noted cigar aficionado BJ Willie didn\u2019t inhale, either.<\/p>\n

In fact, Abedin appears to have been listed as co-editor for that magazine for a period of roughly 12 years<\/em> \u2013 from 1996 to 2008.\u00a0 Her mother apparently is still the magazine\u2019s editor-in-chief today.<\/p>\n

Dunno about you, but I believe 2008 is the year Ms. Abedin\u2019s mentor first tried to con the US public into electing her POTUS.\u00a0\u00a0 But like that recent \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0ransom payment to spring hostages<\/span> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0return of seized assets to Iran, I\u2019m sure the timing there was \u201cmere coincidence\u201d.<\/p>\n

The magazine Abedin co-edited from 1996 to 2008 promoted anti-feminist views, and endorsed strict interpretations of Islamic law.\u00a0\u00a0 In 1996 articles, it took issues with the current Clintoon presidential candidate\u2019s positions on women\u2019s empowerment and rights, saying that they were against Islam.<\/p>\n

Indeed, while assistant editor of the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs<\/u>, Abedin herself publishedarticles in another Saudi publication in 1996.\u00a0 Those articles \u2013 like the magazine for which she was assistant editor \u2013 took issue with Clintoon\u2019s positions on women\u2019s rights.\u00a0 Indeed, some have called Abedin’s 1996 articles a point-by-point rebuttal of her now-mentor\u2019s positions concerning women’s rights.<\/p>\n

Oh, and did I mention that she wrote those articles in 1996 \u2013 while she was also working for Clintoon as a (presumably) non-beret-wearing White House Intern?\u00a0 Well, if I didn’t make that clear before . . . I guess I just did.<\/p>\n

Hypocrisy?\u00a0 You betcha.<\/p>\n

But then again, we should expect nothing else.\u00a0 We are<\/span> talking about the Clintoons and those close to them.\u00a0 We should know full well what to expect from that crowd by now:\u00a0 hypocrisy, bullsh!t, and a shove to the left.<\/p>\n
