Remember \u201cClock boy<\/a><\/em>\u201d, AKA Clachmed?\u00a0 You know, the Islamic activist\u2019s son who disassembled a 1980s-vintage digital clock and repackaged it into a case large enough to hold a complete M18A1 Claymore anti-personnel mine with room to spare, and took it to school \u2013 then set it to alarm in class?\u00a0 And who did that about 4 months after a couple of terrorist bastards had tried to shoot up a \u201cDraw Mohammed\u201d show a few miles away from his school<\/a><\/em>?<\/p>\n

Well, guess what.\u00a0 It appears he and his family \u2013 who left the US for Qatar last October<\/a><\/em> \u2013 have decided they want to get paid.<\/p>\n

Clachmed is currently in the USA for the summer \u201cvisiting family and friends\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0 I\u2019m sure that it\u2019s “just a coincidence” that while he\u2019s \u201cvisiting family and friends\u201d here in the USA, his family has also filed suit against his former school district<\/a><\/em> for \u201cviolating his civil rights\u201d.<\/p>\n

Yeah, right.\u00a0 Can you say, \u201cFishing for a 7-figure settlement?\u201d\u00a0 Sure.\u00a0 I knew you could.<\/p>\n

Sheesh.\u00a0 All things considered, the young man is lucky as hell.\u00a0 If he\u2019d pulled that stunt in many if not most places in the world and gotten caught there’s a good chance he\u2019d still be in jail \u2013 if not dead.<\/p>\n

I hope the judge who gets this case has enough common sense to toss it with prejudice, and sticks the youngster\u2019s family with attorneys\u2019 fees for both sides.\u00a0 But I\u2019m not holding my breath.<\/p>\n
