So our lawsuit ended rather quickly today;<\/p>\n

According to MCPO, quoting the judge; “What you have filed is a travesty. I can not imagine that you understand the legal system. You don’t know what the law is. Nothing you have filed makes sense. Dismissed…”<\/p>\n

According to TSO, Bernath tried to tell the judge that Wittgenfeld was his translator (I’m guessing that Wittgenfeld translates Standard English into Idiot English) – that he wouldn’t be able to hear the proceedings without a drunken bum repeating it in his ear. Wittgenfeld was tossed out of the courtroom.<\/p>\n

Bernath set the tone for the proceedings by trying to accost MCPO before the judge arrived and the bailiff had to separate them.<\/p>\n

TSO says that even though the case was dismissed without prejudice, the judge stipulated that he can’t file it again without another lawyer to sign off on it.<\/p>\n

I haven’t heard Bernath’s side yet, in fact, I haven’t heard from him since last night.<\/p>\n

Our lawyers are going back for court costs. So you know as much as I know now. I’ll update it as I get information.<\/p>\n
