One of our friends, John C. Simpson<\/a>, sent us his work on this fellow William Difilippantonio<\/a>, who wrote a book under the name of Bill Anthony entitled “Through the Crosshairs of a Scope<\/a>” a fictional account of his time as a Naval Special Warfare sniper. “Fictional” being the most operative word. <\/p>\n

Difilippantonio wasn’t a special warfare sniper, he was a CT3; Cryptology Technician E-4 stationed in Scotland during his time in the Navy in 1964-1967. If you doubt me, you can read our friend’s review of his bullshit book from the point of view of a real special warfare operator;<\/p>\n
