 Hardly."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, we have a bit more info about the demographics of those Syrian \u201crefugees\u201d admitted to the US (with \u201cthorough screening\u201d, of course) over the last several months.\u00a0 And the numbers are . . . interesting.<\/p>\n<p>In March, the US government \u201cdetermined . . . that abuses carried out by ISIS (sic) against Christians and other minorities in areas under its control constitute genocide.\u201d\u00a0 That, presumably, was one reason for the \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 <del>inane decision by that group of naive fools in charge<\/del>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Administration&#8217;s recent decision to\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <del>\u201copen the floodgates, security be damned\u201d<\/del> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 relax policy concerning Syrian \u201crefugee\u201d admissions.<\/p>\n<p>So, that means the majority of refugees being admitted are Christians or other minorities, right?\u00a0 I mean, those are the groups being persecuted by Daesh \u2013 so wouldn\u2019t they get priority in admission?<\/p>\n<p>Short answer:\u00a0 in your dreams, perhaps.\u00a0 But not in reality.<\/p>\n<p>In June, 2,381 Syrian \u201crefugees\u201d were admitted to the US.\u00a0 Of that total, a whopping <strong><em>eight<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 or less than 0.336% &#8211; were Christians fleeing persecution.\u00a0 The grand total of <strong><em>9 others<\/em><\/strong> were \u201cother minorities\u201d:\u00a0 eight who were non-Sunni Muslim, and one other individual who did not disclose their religious affiliation (if any).<\/p>\n<p>The other 2,364?\u00a0 Sunni Muslim, just like Daesh.<\/p>\n<p>May was much the same.\u00a0 During May, 1,069 Syrian \u201crefugees\u201d were admitted to the US.\u00a0 Of those, 2 \u2013 that\u2019s slightly more than 0.187% &#8211; were Christian; seven (nearly 0.655%) were of minority Muslim sects.\u00a0 The remainder (1060, or just over 99.158%) admitted to the US in May were Sunni.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the article has monthly demographic totals since last October.\u00a0 Over the past 9 months, the US has admitted 5,186 such \u201crefugees\u201d \u2013 presumably fleeing religious persecution by Daesh.\u00a0 Of that total, a whopping 20 were Christian; 67 were other religious minorities.\u00a0 The rest were Sunni.<\/p>\n<p>Percentage-wise, that\u2019s less than 0.4% Christian and less than 1.3% \u201cother\u201d religious minority that have been admitted by the US from Syria <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">over the last nine months<\/span>.\u00a0 That means that over 99.3% of those admitted were Sunni Muslim \u2013 just like Daesh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRefugees of religious-based genocide\u201d?\u00a0 Hardly.\u00a0 When over 99% of those admitted <em>aren&#8217;t even members of the groups supposedly being targeted for religious genocide<\/em>, any claim that the US is admitting more refugees because they&#8217;re somehow \u201cvictims of genocide\u201d is very obviously bullsh!t.<\/p>\n<p>CNSNews <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnsnews.com\/news\/article\/patrick-goodenough\/syrian-refugee-admissions-more-double-may-june-03-percent-are\">has a good article<\/a><\/em> concerning the recent Syrian \u201crefugees\u201d admitted to the US.\u00a0 It confirms what many of us have long suspected:\u00a0 the current Administration is simply letting anyone who claims they\u2019re a refugee come through the front door, NQA.\u00a0 Any \u201cscreening\u201d being done is merely for show &#8211;
