HMC Ret, Devtun and UpNorth send us our first feel good story this morning from Bloomington, Indiana<\/a> where a couple caught 20-year-old Rey Cruz in their apartment. Things went downhill quickly for Rey from there. Behold the mugshot evidence of his tribulations;<\/p>\n

In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma<\/a>, Kenneth Williams should have stayed in bed yesterday. Instead, he tried to break into Natalie Williamson’s home. She greeted him at the window he used to crawl into the house with her vacuum cleaner, hitting him with the nozzle and a nearby crutch. When that didn’t stop him, she hit him with the entire machine. He kept coming, so she grabbed a butcher knife and chased him outside and away from her kids. The neighbors tackled him and held him down until the police arrived to take him away.<\/p>\n

Multiple armed thieves broke in an apartment in Tucson, Arizona<\/a>. They were greeted with gunfire from the residents. One of the thieves was struck in the leg and he was left behind by his friends who fled the scene. The wounded fellow’s condition was upgraded from life threatening injuries to serious condition.<\/p>\n

In Orange County, Florida<\/a>, a car jacking was foiled by someone. Details are sketchy, but one carjacker was taken to the hospital while another is still on the loose. Police only verify that it wasn’t them who shot the fellow. “Authorities aren’t saying whether the suspect was shot by someone in the car, the other would-be carjacker or someone else on the street.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
