The folks at Military Phony<\/a> send us a link to their work on this Jeffrey Wayne Williams<\/a> fellow. He actually had a pretty good and admirable career that included service in Beirut, but he didn’t think that was enough. He made up two Bronze Star Medals, parachutist wings, scuba training and duty in the Sinai. Everyone wants to be a parachutist, until it’s time to do pre-jump refresher. <\/p>\n

Williams was even the model for the cover of a magazine that named the Marine Corps the “Man of the Year”;<\/p>\n

After he left the Marine Corps, he did some time in the Pennsylvania National Guard, too and he had to wear that scuba bubble;<\/p>\n

He also claimed to have been a staff sergeant of Marines, but, no he was a corporal;<\/p>\n
