There are museums for damn near everything.\u00a0 Hell, we’ve probably all been to or heard of a museum or two that we thought was pretty bizarre.<\/p>\n
But in England, there’s a new museum that’s really “out there”.<\/p>\n
The National Poo Museum opened recently<\/em><\/a> in the UK.\u00a0 It’s located on the Isle of Wight.<\/p>\n No, I’m not joking.\u00a0 They exist, and they have a website<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n Turns out this isn’t the first such museum in the world, either.\u00a0 A similar museum apparently opened in Italy some time ago.\u00a0 It’s located in Castelbosco, and calls itself “Mueso della Merda<\/em>“<\/a>.<\/p>\n It’s not just a European “thing”, either.\u00a0 It also appears that there is has been a similar museum in Japan since at least 2012<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0 There’s also a toilet museum in South Korea<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n No word on when the corresponding US version will open, or even if one is planned.\u00a0 However, I’ve got the perfect location for it if and when it does.\u00a0 IMO it should be located riverside, just downstream of that beltway-encircled Brothel on the Potomac.\u00a0 (smile)<\/p>\n —–<\/p>\n (Note<\/u>: no, I don’t have a dung fixation.\u00a0 I saw an article about the UK museum’s opening, thought it was funny – then lost the link.\u00a0 I found the info about the other similar museums while searching for the original link.\u00a0 I got a good chuckle out of them and thought others might as well, so I decided to write an article about the group.)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
