First up this morning is Chattanooga, Tennessee<\/a>, where a guy was walking with a girl when an armed thief jumped out of the bushes and demanded his property. The intended victim instead pulled out his own gun and the thief was declared DRT (dead right there) by the police when they arrived on the scene. An update to the story says that intended victim had met the girl on Craigslist and the police suspect that she was working with deceased fellow in a robbery scheme.<\/p>\n

In Los Angeles, California<\/a>, three men attempted to rob a taco stand, but the employees were having no part of it. One of the employees was armed and shot the thief who was brandishing a handgun. The other two beat their feet on the pavement, but the wounded fellow was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital.<\/p>\n

There’s a story from Las Vegas, Nevada<\/a> that has very few details. They only say that someone was shot at an apartment complex and that he was the suspect and that he was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital. The updated version says that an armed fellow forced his way into an apartment and the residents defended themselves, one of the residents was wounded in the encounter, but the intruder was shot dead.<\/p>\n

In Spanaway, Washington<\/a>, two criminals attempted to rob a convenience store. The clerk, shot one of the thieves and he was DRT (dead right there) when the police arrived. It sounds from the story that the clerk was the husband of Seul Lim, the convenience store clerk who got into a gun battle with a thief<\/a> last month in the same store.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
