{"id":64954,"date":"2016-03-23T08:00:17","date_gmt":"2016-03-23T12:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=64954"},"modified":"2016-03-23T07:48:33","modified_gmt":"2016-03-23T11:48:33","slug":"us-airman-and-family-caught-in-brussels-attack","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=64954","title":{"rendered":"US Airman and family caught in Brussels attack"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our buddy, Susan Katz Keating who writes at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.people.com\/article\/american-airman-and-family-injured-in-attack-on-brussels\">People<\/a> these days reports that a US Air Force airman was among the injured in Brussels yesterday.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The United States Air Force can confirm that one U.S. Air Force service member from Joint Force Command Brunssum, the Netherlands, was injured in today&#8217;s horrific attack at the airport in Brussels,&#8221; Maj. Melissa Milner wrote in an email. &#8220;The Airman&#8217;s family was also present and has sustained various injuries.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Citing concerns about privacy, the Air Force spokesperson did not release the family&#8217;s names, or describe the extent of their injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The service member is assigned to a noncombat unit that trains and assists NATO&#8217;s Resolute Support mission in Afghanistan.
