The first time<\/a> he was pretending to be a gynecologist, the other day<\/a>, he was pretending to be holistic charlatan and I guess they arrested him after he treated an undercover cop.<\/p>\n What he didn’t have, authorities say, was a medical license \u2014 few 18 year olds do. Now the Florida teen is charged with practicing medicine without a license and theft after he allegedly performed an exam on an undercover agent and took almost $3,500 from an 86-year-old woman seeking treatment for stomach pain. He’s also accused of stealing three checks from her that he cashed for almost $2,800.<\/p>\n Love-Robinson was released on $21,000 bail on Wednesday, one day after his arrest.<\/p>\n “Those are just allegations,” he told The Associated Press in a brief phone interview.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Yeah, well, the police were tipped off because he’d sent a patient to the hospital from his office. She left her purse with the good doctor and discovered that her bank account had been emptied when she was released. <\/p>\n The problems began when they didn’t bother to charge him the first time and let him off with a warning. But, then it’s his right to self-identify as a doctor, isn’t it? It’s a free speech issue, isn’t it?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
