The other day<\/em><\/a> I mentioned that we’d likely never see some of Clintoon’s so-called “private” email.\u00a0 Well, the New York Times<\/span> reported yesterday that that is indeed the case<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

It appears we’ll never see as many as 40 of them, and possibly even more.<\/p>\n

We won’t see at least 22 because they are “too classified to be made public”, even in redacted form.\u00a0 Another 18 were emails between Clintoon and her boss, the POTUS – and are being withheld under the “longstanding practice of presidential communications for future release”.\u00a0 We might or might not ever see those.<\/p>\n

Plus, there are more emails awaiting review.\u00a0 Who knows how many of them will end up being “too sensitive” to release publicly?<\/p>\n

State also for the first time publicly admitted that information classified Top Secret had indeed been sent to and stored on Clintoon’s private server<\/span>.\u00a0 I guess they finally ran out of ways to deny reality – whether the reasons for denial were plausible or not.<\/p>\n

I’m thinking Clintoon should brush up on the US Code, AKA Federal law – starting with 18 USC 793(f)<\/em><\/a>, and continuing with 18 USC 4<\/em><\/a> and 18 USC 371<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0 Looks to me like at least two of those three sections of Federal law might be of interest to her and her close associates.\u00a0 Hell, all 3 might be in play.<\/p>\n

And I’m also thinking their lawyers might all have an interest in becoming really familiar<\/span> with them, too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
