KALU<\/a> reports that this fellow Joseph A. Stetson is claiming to be an Army “Green Beret” Colonel whose records were sealed by Ronald Reagan. He was confronted by Oregon State Troopers. He claimed that he was going to the wildlife refuge near Burns to be a Bundy body guard.<\/p>\n

They smelled alcohol on his breath so they started to arrest him (at about 5 minutes into the video). before that he told them how he respects “authority” and that he had some Nyquil earlier. While the officers are cuffing and stuffing him for driving under the influence, he tells them that he’s going to kill them when he gets out. If you don’t believe him, he’ll tell you all day that he’s a Green Beret colonel and how his records are sealed.
