Even if we were somehow in their jurisdiction, their decision was on the powers of government to enforce 18 U.S.C. section 704. Just like I&#8217;m not tethered by the Bill of Rights to allow everyone a chance to express their opinion here, I&#8217;m also not responsible for allowing people their &#8220;free speech&#8221; in regards to stealing valor. I&#8217;m not the government, so the 9th Circuit&#8217;s decision doesn&#8217;t affect anything we do here.
