The family was downstairs and heard someone walking around on the floor above. The man of the house went to investigate and got into an altercation with the old scruffy burglar which ended when the homeowner busted out his firearm and the burglar fled before any shots were fired. Police say they haven&#8217;t seen or heard of the old fella since.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox4news.com\/news\/67379596-story\">Dallas, Texas<\/a>, Pam Miller was home when a thief broke into her house. She hid in the bathroom in her bedroom when he kicked in her back door and then the bedroom door. She busted some caps through the closet door, but didn&#8217;t hit the man who un-assed the AO at a high rate of speed. He didn&#8217;t learn his lesson, though. A few days later, surveillance cameras recorded his burglary of another home nearby.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wgrz.com\/story\/news\/2016\/01\/01\/robert-samson-robbery-flashlight-store-police-pistol\/78178708\/\">Tonawanda, New York<\/a>, a convenience store customer saw a scraggly-looking dude approach the clerk and pull out a gun and demanded some loot. The customer clubbed the dude in the head several times until he dropped the gun.
