The criminal then went to the hospital where the victim was brought to identify him.<\/p>\n<p>In the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecalifornian.com\/story\/news\/my-safety\/2015\/12\/31\/marshall-park-resident-shoots-intruder\/78108250\/\">Presidio of Monterey, California<\/a>, a homeowner had an altercation with two burglars in his home. He fetched his firearm and another struggle ensued and the weapon discharged twice, one time into the torso of the thief. Police took him to the hospital for pre-prison treatment.<\/p>\n<p>An <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clickorlando.com\/news\/orange-county-deputies-swarm-azalea-park-home-after-shooting\">Orange County, Florida<\/a> resident wounded a burglar in his arm as he forced his way into the home.
