Amy sends us our first story this morning, from Houston, Texas<\/a> where a salesman of some sort got into an altercation with the homeowners prompting the resident to arm himself with a shotgun and ventilate the fellow. He was DOT (dead over there). <\/p>\n

EODJay sends us a link to a story in Clarke County, Alabama about a gun shop owner who was spending the night in his store when he heard someone rummaging through his stock. When the two intruders spotted the owner, they charged at him. He discouraged them with a couple of shotgun blasts. One was DRT (dead right there) and the other was taken to the hospital. the article says that three arrests were made, though.<\/p>\n

In Paulding, Georgia<\/a>, Alvin Lee Jenks had a disagreement with a homeowner. The resident slammed the door in his face which made Jenks do the natural thing and try to kick the door down. The homeowner sent some gunfire through the door and rang Mr Jenks’ bell. Jenks’ companions sent answering gunfire but missed. Jenks was DRT (dead right there) when the police arrived.<\/p>\n

In Canon City, Colorado<\/a>, another intruder, one of three in that house, loaned his gun to their intended victim so he could shoot the thief. Some criminals are just the best, aren’t they?<\/p>\n

In Las Vegas, Nevada<\/a>, two criminals forced their way into a doctor’s office, pistol-whipped the doctor. One of the employees broke free and got a gun and shot the pair. The female thief was declared DOT (dead over there) at the hospital, the other fellow is still in the wind.<\/p>\n

In Staatsburg, New York<\/a>, Amrik Singh ended a masked, armed criminal’s robbery of his convenience store by tossing his shoe at the thief. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
