She claimed to be a wounded warrior &#8211; that she was injured as a crew member on a helicopter. She was also injured in IED blasts. It turns out that she spent less than a month or so on Operation Southern Watch and then another month on OIF. That she was an aviation supply clerk and saw no combat.
