McNearney, Junior fellow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=59306\">back in April<\/a> when he was arrested for raping and ripping off ladies claiming to be a former Marine. Chip sends us <a href=\"http:\/\/m.cdapress.com\/news\/local_news\/article_cc07b469-b8db-5142-8204-e1cce3c59aa0.html?mode=jqm\">news that he was sentenced<\/a> the other day in an Idaho court to seven years in prison;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>As part of a plea deal with the Kootenai County Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in September, McNearney agreed to be sentenced on two counts of felony theft by deception and one count of rape. At that time, six other rape charges against him were dismissed by prosecutors, as were two counts of grand theft and a count of theft by deception.<\/p>\n<p>Before his sentence, McNearney told the court he was sorry for his string of manipulations and lies and planned to spend the next few years trying to become a better person.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>[1st District Court Judge Lansing Haynes] gave McNearney three years fixed and four years indeterminate. McNearney was given credit for 237 days already served in jail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure that Marine Corps tattoo on his back is going to garner him plenty of attention with his new prison friends.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We talked about this Michael J.
