One of our friends in Fairmont, West Virginia told us about this George Feck fellow. According to folks that know him, he makes his rounds to nursing homes and churches bumming money, claiming to be a disabled veteran and POW of the Vietnam War. He says the VA owes him money back to 1972 when he became disabled, but that he slipped through the cracks of the VA system.
