According to folks that know him, he makes his rounds to nursing homes and churches bumming money, claiming to be a disabled veteran and POW of the Vietnam War. He says the VA owes him money back to 1972 when he became disabled, but that he slipped through the cracks of the VA system. If you put your earphones on, you can hear him on this video as he tells about some sort of gas that the government has that can make us all gay if they decided to spray us with it, for some reason &#8211; he learned about it during his ten years in the Army;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1JMmukJx8vk\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The truth is vastly different. They booted Feck as a private, not the sergeant that he tells everyone. So, if you folks in Fairmont want to continue to give him money, that&#8217;s fine.
