Well, that’s not exactly true. Don Shipley tells us that he hasn’t attended SEAL training and the National Personnel Records Center tells us that he wasn’t an E-9, he made it to Chief Boatswain Mate, an E-7. He probably just rounded up his thirty years from twenty years.<\/p>\n
