He’s pretty upset that Yahoo didn’t pull the plug on TAH because he claimed that he represented clients who claimed copyrights to some of our photos. Photos like Mr Wittgenfeld’s mugshot. Yahoo’s lawyers said “Um, no”. <\/p>\n
Mr. Bernath hasn’t been disbarred, so I would hope that you would refrain from making that claim in the comments.<\/p>\n
