<\/a><\/center><\/p>\nThomas David Deegan had a plan to take over the country, he was going to start by taking over the West Virginia legislature and be an inspiration for other “sovereign citizens” to do the same. So he plotted with the West Virginia State Police to get his plan going, according to WCHSTV<\/a>;<\/p>\n The complaint said Deegan made multiple statements trying to solicit assistance in removing multiple state officials from their offices in Charleston. Deegan stated those officials would be charged with crimes such as treason, which he said in a later statement that the punishment for such a crime would be death, the complaint said.<\/p>\n […]<\/p>\n Detailed directions were given by Deegan, saying that any resistance from law enforcement or military personnel should be met with gunfire if necessary, the complaint said.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are at war,\u201d police said Deegan said during a call. \u201cThe more bodies that come to Charleston, the less likely for bloodshed.\u201d<\/p>\n Deegan said he didn\u2019t want to have shots fired, but would fire if necessary and the more people, the more likely shots would be fired. Deegan was asked during the call if police would support them in which he replied, \u201cif you see the police coming and pulling up in a vehicle, I suggest you shoot them.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n A quick Google through the search engines turn up several arrest records for Mr. Deegan over the last six years. So he’s pretty much a career criminal. I always thought that the sovereign citizens wanted nothing to do with the government and here this clown is trying to take control of the government. He should read their book.<\/p>\n He promised to reimburse his rebels for any expenses that they might incur as they prepared for their assault after they take the state treasury. You know, sovereign citizens don’t like paying taxes, apparently they don’t like paying for their own accommodations.<\/p>\n Some of his writings, like those found at Scanned Retina<\/a> are as loony as anything written by the Dutch Rudder Club in court documents.
