According to Fox News<\/a>, Sergeant First Class Charles Martland whose discharge was ordered because he confronted a child-abusing Afghan police chief in 2011, has lost in his appeal process. The Army denies that reason has ended the 11-year veteran’s special forces career;<\/p>\n

Gen. John F. Campbell, commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, said in a statement Tuesday that he is \u201cabsolutely confident that no such theater policy has ever existed here, and certainly, no such policy has existed throughout my tenure as commander.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said he expects \u201cany suspicions of sexual abuse will be immediately reported to the chain of command,\u201d and he has personally spoken with President Ashraf Ghani on the issue.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to make absolutely clear that any sexual abuse or similar mistreatment of others, no matter the alleged perpetrator or victim, is completely unacceptable, and reprehensible,\u201d he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The response from the Army’s Human Resources Command was handed to Fox News by Congressman Duncan Hunter’s office. The Congressman has asked the Secretary of Defense to step in and save the warrior’s career. But, you know, the Secretary of Defense hasn’t heard from his social justice warriors on the issue yet.<\/p>\n
