His trial date is set for September 29, 2015. <\/p>\n<p>His lawyer blames the Army for &#8220;faulty record keeping&#8221; that Scaletta &#8220;served honorably&#8221;. However, both the defense and prosecutor told the reporter that the information that police got from his computer and his flash drives won&#8217;t be part of the trial;<\/p>\n<p><script type='text\/javascript' src='http:\/\/wboc.images.worldnow.com\/interface\/js\/WNVideo.js?rnd=640076;hostDomain=www.wboc.com;playerWidth=640;playerHeight=400;isShowIcon=true;clipId=11803856;flvUri=;partnerclipid=;adTag=Promotion%252024;advertisingZone=;enableAds=true;landingPage=;islandingPageoverride=false;playerType=STANDARD_EMBEDDEDscript;controlsType=fixed'><\/script><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wboc.com\" title=\"WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 - \">WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 &#8211; <\/a><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know how that will work, actually. He forged a DD214 with the intent of defrauding the government before we intervened.
