Pretty Much Everyone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By now, I\u2019d guess everybody has heard about former SECSTATE Clinton\u2019s use of a private email server for official business email.<\/p>\n<p>While Clinton\u2019s private email server appears to have been wiped clean of data before being turned over to Federal authorities, copies of many emails it formerly stored were apparently transferred to a USB \u201cthumb drive\u201d. That thumb drive was in turn apparently transferred to Clinton\u2019s lawyer, David Kendall in December of last year.<\/p>\n<p>A sample of email stored on that thumb drive was later reviewed by Intelligence Community (IC) officials. Those IC officials determined that some of those emails were contained classified information.<\/p>\n<p>That determination happened on 22 May of this year. But <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcclatchydc.com\/news\/nation-world\/national\/article31057029.html\">it wasn\u2019t until early July<\/a><\/em> that Federal authorities delivered a GSA-approved safe allowing proper storage of classified information to Kendall\u2019s offices.<\/p>\n<p>So, riddle me this. How and where was that classified thumb drive stored between 22 May and early July? Why wasn\u2019t that thumb drive turned over to the government \u2013 perhaps in a sealed envelope after a joint inspection by Clinton\u2019s and the Federal government\u2019s lawyers \u2013 on or about 23 May in order to ensure it was properly stored and safeguarded?<\/p>\n<p>And, perhaps most importantly \u2013 besides Clinton and her Kendall, who else had access to the device between 22 May and early July?<\/p>\n<p>Inquiring minds want to know!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FWIW: it also appears that Clinton\u2019s aide and confidante extraordinaire, Huma Abedin, also had and used an account on that email server. And it still remains unclear whether the internet hosting service from which Clintoon rented the server \u2013 Platte River Networks \u2013 <em>did<\/em> or <em>did not<\/em> maintain a backup server that might shed further light on these . . . somewhat unusual goings on.<\/p>\n<p>I just don&#8217;t think we&#8217;ve heard the last of this.\u00a0 Stay tuned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By now, I\u2019d guess everybody has heard about former SECSTATE Clinton\u2019s use of a private email &hellip; <a title=\"&#8220;Curiouser and Curiouser&#8221;, Said . . .
