In Apopka, Florida<\/a>, a homeowner chased off two men with his firearm while they were merely trying to turn their lives around. The homeowner’s son-in-law says that one of the men was struck by bullets, so they should check all of the convenience store clerks to see if they were treated by Apu (a reference to yesterday’s FGS if you read it).<\/p>\n

In Charlotte, North Carolina<\/a>, another homeowner came home from work to find two men liberating his property, so he shot one who fled the scene in a car while his partner left on foot. A few minutes later, police got word of an automobile accident near the scene and found one of the ambitious youngsters driving with a life-threatening gun shot wound. The other fellow was spotted by an alert resident and he was taken to the hoosegow, too. Charlotte police advise any other homeowners who encounter criminals to not resist – lay down in the fetal position and pray. Pray real hard.<\/p>\n

In Leesburg, Florida<\/a>, a restaurant owner had a gun shoved in his face, surrendered his cash, and chased down the criminal. Even though he had a gun and pointed it at the criminal, he got buck fever and started thinking about the shot, so he didn’t take it. The bad guy got away with the cash. Kind of the opposite of a feel good story, but, there it is.<\/p>\n

In Sioux Falls, South Dakota<\/a>, they fire warning shots into the ground, twice, when they encounter fellows in their backyards wielding machetes. Then the suspects have single-car rollover crashes and flee that scene, too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
