<\/a><\/center><\/p>\nWe talked about this guy, Brian Schwoerer, before we knew his name last Friday<\/a>. Bulldog, at Guardian of Valor tracked him down, though. In the local news<\/a>, they talked to his lawyer who says that Schwoerer isn’t “himself”.<\/p>\n Sitting in his Westfield office, Stoesz talked about how he\u2019s represented Schwoerer twice and has known him for ten years.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve done enough family law, enough guardianships, enough mental health commitments that you know when you look at a client and you say \u2018hey, talk to me,\u2019 and they aren\u2019t as responsive and the way they speak, you know when they\u2019re not themselves,\u201d said Stoesz. \u201cAnd I just didn\u2019t feel like (Schwoerer) wasn\u2019t himself.\u201d<\/p>\n Stoesz went on to say, \u201cMr. Schwoerer has two family members that were members of the military and I believe his son-in-law served in Afghanistan recently. So there\u2019s nothing here of him trying to (steal valor). It legitimately is, I think, someone who\u2019s having some health issues,\u201d said Stoesz.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n According to Bulldog, Schwoerer has a history of scamming women, The lawyer, in the article, admits that he’s had to represent Schwoerer in the past. The family tells us that we should feel sorry for Schwoerer, but where were they when he was putting on his clown suit? They must know that he wasn’t a Marine. <\/p>\n Yeah, it’s always the people who bust them who are fault. By the way, having people in the military among your family members doesn’t mitigate your bad behavior in this regard. But, then stealing the valor of a National Defense Service Medal and a Lance Corporal isn’t a capital offense, either.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
