The defection of people from North Korea to South Korea isn\u2019t that uncommon any more.\u00a0 However, the defection of a member of the North Korean military or government is somewhat rare.<\/p>\n
What\u2019s particularly noteworthy in this case is the way the man defected, though.<\/p>\n
