Eventually &#8220;Dave&#8221; came out and introduced himself to the fellow taking the test. They got in the car and the examiner directed him on a route that took them to the local casino, where &#8220;Dave&#8221; got out and invited Jern to accompany him. Later he bummed 20 bucks from the confused fellow. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/q13fox.com\/2015\/04\/29\/it-was-the-drive-to-the-casino-that-tipped-off-the-drivers-license-applicant-that-something-wasnt-right\/\">The local media<\/a> reports that &#8220;Dave&#8221; was actually Daniel Norby;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Central Police Department told the website that the strange sequence of events started at the Washington Department of Licensing on Kresky Avenue in Centralia.<\/p>\n<p>An employee said a man resembling Norby was standing in line behind Jerns at one point and then she saw them go out and get into Jerns\u2019 car.<\/p>\n<p>The website said police and prosecutors offered no explanation why Norby allegedly pretended he was giving a driving test.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>They don&#8217;t need an explanation &#8211; he was merely exercising his constitutional right to freedom of expression.
