{"id":59403,"date":"2015-04-21T11:45:15","date_gmt":"2015-04-21T15:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=59403"},"modified":"2015-04-21T11:45:15","modified_gmt":"2015-04-21T15:45:15","slug":"women-in-ranger-school","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=59403","title":{"rendered":"Women in Ranger School"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For your information, I&#8217;m not going to do a daily update on the women who are in Ranger School, I know it&#8217;s happening and I&#8217;m wishing them all luck &#8211; they&#8217;ve already accomplished more than me in that regard, but the prospect of 63 posts about it bores me. <\/p>\n<p>I sincerely hope that some of the women make it all the way through to graduation, if for no other reason, to prove that the standard isn&#8217;t too high and needs to be changed in order to meet the quota demands of the social engineers. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/checkpoint\/wp\/2015\/04\/20\/first-army-ranger-school-with-women-opens-with-16-passing-initial-test\/\">The Washington Post <\/a>reports that 16 of the 19 women who took the PT test yesterday passed, 78 of the men also failed the test. They weren&#8217;t serious about the course, I mean if you can&#8217;t pass a simple PT test, you weren&#8217;t ready to pass the course.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ledger-enquirer.com\/2015\/04\/20\/3678744_16-of-19-female-ranger-candidates.html?rh=1\">Columbus Ledger-Enquirer<\/a>, the test consisted of &#8220;49 pushups, 59 situps, a 5-mile run in 40 minutes or less, and six chin-ups&#8221;. Not grueling at all.
