{"id":58803,"date":"2015-03-18T20:09:32","date_gmt":"2015-03-19T00:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=58803"},"modified":"2015-03-19T00:33:10","modified_gmt":"2015-03-19T04:33:10","slug":"what-if-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=58803","title":{"rendered":"What if&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Saw <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/big-government\/2015\/03\/17\/gun-control-group-sets-up-fake-store-shames-first-time-buyers\/\">this story<\/a> via several sources in the past 24 hours or so and I reckon many of you have as well:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;In effort to prove once and for all that owning guns puts Americans in danger, States United to Prevent Gun Violence set up a fake gun store and shamed first-time gun buyers into foregoing their purchase.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll leave it to you to decide if ya wanna watch the video at the link. It IS really funny in an ironic sense.<\/p>\n<p>Thing is&#8230; I suspect, with some confidence, that this was simply a scripted exercise with actors. And so I started writing my own scripts.<\/p>\n<p>Scene: A hole-in-the-wall shop in NYC.<\/p>\n<p>John Doe#1: &#8220;I wanna buy an atomic bomb, can you suggest one that is easy to use?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dealer: &#8220;Here&#8217;s the one used on Nagasaki. Our government used one like it to kill thousands in Japan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>John Doe#1:\u00a0 &#8220;Oh my, I thought it was easy to end a war.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>John Doe#1 Street interview: &#8220;I&#8217;m shocked that these evil bombs actually kill people.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Er, Um, My script actually makes more real sense than the yahoos in the video are trying\u00a0 to convey. AND I&#8217;ve been working on a coupla others.<\/p>\n<p>Just keep in mind that those dark, foul, hunks of metal are evil incarnate. They force humans to do evil things.<\/p>\n<p>One last bit of perspective. Matches light fires. We need to rid the country of matches.
