Soon, other military members joined in because they also believed the young man may have been perpetrating stolen valor, which is a crime:<\/p>\n<p>    \u201cHe\u2019s a stolen valor. He can\u2019t prove no . . . you can\u2019t prove anything about your service. You don\u2019t have a V.A. card or your military I.D. on your person.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But, Mulrooney did more than record the encounter:<\/p>\n<p>    \u201cThe sheriff has been called.\u201d He can be heard saying in the video.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The video could use some editing &#8211; there&#8217;s a lot of stuff not happening in the video.
