I have been chatting with a man online since 9\/9\/14. Met him on Match.com. Says he is E6 SSG in Afghanistan Stationed in Ft Hood, TX his MOS is intell and surveillace. Says he is supposed to retire next year and come to CA to start his \u201cnew\u201d life as his wife passed away in car accident 2 years ago. He mentioned something about a box found during a peace keeping mission. Full of gold money. <\/p>\n
I am an educated, smart woman, I am also Christian and have a very kind heart. He played on my love for Christ. And I sent him money, God I feel stupid, lots of money for this box to be delivered and something always seems to come up. He is supposed to redeploy next week or so. <\/p>\n
Anyway searching last night I found one of his pictures matches a CAPT Lucas Mcgee who is originally from Australia. The man I\u2019ve been talking to is SSG Henry Rooney Mcgee native of Norway raised in TX. Only child. He writes like he has heavy accent. I spoke with him on several different occasions and the accent isn\u2019t as thick. Has a dreamy voice. I am hurt and saddened because I know it\u2019s a fraud but trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. I also looked up the number he called me from but it wasn\u2019t fruitful. <\/p>\n

You can probably count on one finger the number of men named McGee who were born in Norway.
