Bernath, in his appeal of the restraining order hearing in which he failed last Spring, he’s also failed in the appeal of that decision. Probably more because he’s lazy and didn’t serve notice of the appeal to me or my lawyers, and he failed to file the opening brief. So, I’m free and clear of that scimitar hanging over my head. He had no case anyway. Our thanks to the lawyers riding herd on that whole thing.<\/p>\n
