The news of the day is that, Daniel A. Bernath, in his appeal of the restraining order hearing in which he failed last Spring, he&#8217;s also failed in the appeal of that decision. Probably more because he&#8217;s lazy and didn&#8217;t serve notice of the appeal to me or my lawyers, and he failed to file the opening brief. So, I&#8217;m free and clear of that scimitar hanging over my head. He had no case anyway.
