I have also examined possible alternate spellings, and names with similar pronunciations without finding any that appear to be applicable. <\/p>\n<p>Unless he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name change (an action for which there would be evidence in the form of court documentation) since his claimed participation in SEAL training, and based upon the information you have provided, I can state conclusively that ROCKY CARTER NEVER COMPLETED SEAL TRAINING, and he is not now, nor was he ever a Navy SEAL or a Navy Underwater Demolition Team member.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Don&#8217;t contact the reporter, I&#8217;m already talking to him.  <\/p>\n<p>As an aside, this pisses me the eff off.  Here we have a REALLY NICE story, of a girl who should be applauded, and I have to sit there and call bullshit because of some vagrant trying to get money off of good people.  Sure, I could ignore it, but this assclown is dishonoring everyone who actually went to BUDs, the fact that he&#8217;s homeless doesn&#8217;t excuse him from being a lying doucherocket.  <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to try to be nice when I go find this guy, but for the Love of Spongebob, why not just drop the SEAL act?
