Varr spent a year in Vietnam as an Air Force sergeant and then as a prisoner of war. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/english.share.voanews.eu\/flashembed.aspx?t=vid&amp;id=1594519&amp;w=500&amp;h=300&amp;skin=embeded\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>They call him Varr in the article, but the picture of him in his Air Force uniform has a nameplate with &#8220;Barr&#8221; on it.<\/p>\n<p>In the video, Barr points to his &#8220;friend&#8217;s&#8221; name, John O&#8217;Neal Rucker who was an Air Force Sergeant killed when his barracks were rocketed on January 27th, 1973 &#8211; five years after Larry left Vietnam and a year after Larry finished his Reserve commitment. Well unless the Viet Cong were holding their POWs at the MAC Air Terminal in Dover AFB, Delaware.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=56815&#038;cpage=1#comment-2294261\">Intel POG<\/a> was the one who brought Barr up in the comments yesterday because Barr was Tweeted in this from his state delegate;<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?attachment_id=56830\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-56830\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Barr-trolling-state-delegate-300x297.jpg\" alt=\"Barr trolling state delegate\" width=\"300\" height=\"297\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-56830\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Barr-trolling-state-delegate-300x297.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Barr-trolling-state-delegate-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Barr-trolling-state-delegate-335x333.jpg 335w, https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Barr-trolling-state-delegate.jpg 561w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The only Barr who <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dtic.mil\/dpmo\/vietnam\/reports\/documents\/pmsea_info_b363.htm\">DPMO lists<\/a> is John Frederick Barr, from Hope Arkansas a Navy O4 who was lost Oct. 19, 1967. His remains were returned in 1995.
