In TN sends us a link to <a href=\"http:\/\/wtkr.com\/2014\/12\/01\/u-s-attorneys-office-may-investigate-fake-army-ranger-in-viral-video\/\">WTKR<\/a> which reports that Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick has asked a federal prosecutor to look into charges against Yetman;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Stolen Valor Act of 2013 makes it a crime for anyone to fraudulently claim to have received any military decorations with the intention of obtaining money, property, or tangible benefit.<\/p>\n<p>The video does not show the man attempting to obtain any benefit, just potentially posing as someone he is not, which in itself, is not considered a crime.<\/p>\n<p>Allegations are surfacing, however, that the man may have been wearing the uniform to obtain military discounts at stores in the mall.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Maybe this will put the phonies on notice, if Fatty Mc-fat-fat does get prosecuted.
