His public defender didn&#8217;t immediately return a call Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities haven&#8217;t explained why Campbell pretended to be a veteran.<\/p>\n<p>Mikluscak said Campbell has a history of mental health problems and his case will be disposed of through a new county mental health court.
