So, Medal of Honor recipient Paul Bucha was speaking at a Veterans’ Day event this morning in New York City while this fellow, Simon Clarke, was trolling the crowd in his Army clothes. Our own MCPO NYC USN Ret. took the pictures and confronted him. He tells me that Mr. Clarke here was claiming to be an active duty sergeant first class, well until the Master Chief ejected him with the help of a Marine captain and the NYPD. The only proof he had was that old VA card – he said that he forgot his Military ID. <\/p>\n

That combat patch with the airborne tab is totally legit. All phonies should start wearing it so no one will question their creds. Also, you should all make sure that you wear two name tags – it doesn’t matter where you stick them – it’s all Velcro, so it doesn’t matter.<\/p>\n

It’s Veterans Day, so they’re out in force.<\/p>\n
