This morning’s feel good story comes from Louisiana<\/a>;<\/p>\n

\nAccording to police, the suspect has been identified as 46 year old Ramsey Demouchet of Lafayette. Police say the home owner saw Demouchet going into his house in the one hundred block of California Street.<\/p>\n

The homeowner was across the street, but he grabbed a gun and confronted Demouchet from outside a window. According to police reports, the homeowner fired two shots through the window.<\/p>\n

Police say the suspect Demouchet then ran out of the house, was shot at two more times, before collapsing in the backyard, where he was found by police and neighbor Calvin Francis. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
