But no&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<span class=\"entry-content\"><em>WASHINGTON (AP) &#8212; President Barack Obama on Thursday authorized the Pentagon to call up reserve and National Guard troops if they are needed to assist in the U.S. response to the Ebola outbreak in <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>West Africa<\/strong><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/span>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mind you he apparently didn&#8217;t consider extra funding for\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/en\/\">WHO<\/a> or other international health organization?
