Eleazar Cisneros was out for an evening of bullying fellow motorists in Midland, Texas as a pretend cop, and then bullied the wrong guy, according to Associated Press<\/a>;<\/p>\n

Eleazar Cisneros confronted a driver, said he was a police officer and complained about being cut off in the parking lot of a burger joint.<\/p>\n

When Cisneros was asked to show his police identification, he said he was working under cover.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Then his story changed. He was in the police academy, then, he had taken some criminal justice classes once.<\/p>\n

A Midland police detective was in an unmarked vehicle at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of Basin Burger House on 607 N. Colorado St.<\/p>\n

Another vehicle pulled up next to his vehicle and parked in what was not a parking spot. The driver, Cisneros, approached the detective\u2019s vehicle and knocked very aggressively on the window in order to contact the detective. Cisneros told him he had cut him off with his vehicle and that he was a police officer, not knowing that the detective was a licensed peace officer.<\/p>\n

The detective asked for Cisneros\u2019 police identification, but Cisneros said he was an undercover officer. The detective detained him and identified himself as an actual peace officer, according to the arrest affidavit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now, Cisneros faces ten years for the third-degree felony charge of impersonating or exerting the functions of a public servant. So, I guess that’s not a freedom of speech issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
