The suspect, described as a white man about 6 feet tall weighing about 200 pounds, entered the home through an unlocked back door and went to the master bedroom, where he came upon a man in the home.<\/p>\n

As the burglar walked toward the victim while pulling an item out of his pocket, the resident ran to get a shotgun and fired one round that missed the intruder, who fled into the woods behind the home, state police said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
