Anyway, there’s 18 tons more, but that tells you what a wonderful guy he is.<\/p>\n

So anyway, he got his new website and was soliciting new federal contracts when we received 1 of our dozens of anonymous tips that he had set up Karen Williams, his wife, as the majority shareholder of FirsTech Solutions so as to classify it as a woman-owned business. Her bio was listed prominently on the website:<\/p>\n

The problem with this of course is that Karen Williams is the Legislative Director for Congressman Steve Southerland of Florida, and the company is soliciting federal contracts, which are sometimes set up in bills which come directly from Congress. This clearly creates what appears to be a conflict of interest. Now, because we noted that, he started threatening again:<\/p>\n

At first it was the Congressman who was coming after us:<\/p>\n

However we did find damage in FL and will use that to put your income, job, and savings upside down. As complex, we need a little more time on your posts to the Congressman and your intent to diminish his profession and standing. Leave those posts up as my experts need to record your daily attempts at defamation with harm that you have intended.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So, we left it up, and yet I heard nothing from the Congressman. (Rep Southerland, please feel free to contact me at any time.)<\/p>\n

Then I got an email from his attorney, Daniel Bernath. (Wickre sent me an email a while back saying that Bernath was now representing him.) Anyway, the email is from Bernath, but it appears to be originally from Wickre, thus sent through his legal representative:<\/p>\n

“seavey you really stepped on your dick now. The Federal Election Commision is investigating your communication and contacts. Good move
\ngetting the Feds on your ass. “<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Well,\u00a0the FEC still hasn’t contacted me. I wait patiently by the phone, pining for it to ring, and nothing.<\/p>\n

Yesterday I got another email from Wickre’s attorney, at least part of which again appears to be threats from Wickre***[See Update #2]:<\/p>\n

TSO, you are under far more serious problems, as soon as we are ready. You were inciting a riot with fighting words and got involved in the tortuous interference of my business.<\/p>\n

You are being summoned to Captiol [sic] Hill for sanctions and we are pressing for your firing.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The “inciting a riot with fighting words” is a reference to the court case of Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire. The problem is, this is what the court said there:<\/p>\n

There are certain well-defined and narrowly limited classes of speech, the prevention and punishment of which have never been thought to raise any constitutional problem. These include the lewd and obscene, the profane, the libelous, and the insulting or “fighting” words those which by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Did my very utterance tend to incite an immediate breach of peace? No. And Chaplinsky et al would be judicial determinations, why would Congress call me in?<\/p>\n

Second, I think he means “tortious interference” but that won’t work because this isn’t a private contract, it is a federal contract.\u00a0 In other words, it is my tax money, and thus within the realm of the public sphere.\u00a0 By way of analogy, remember when everyone put heat on Congress not to have contracts with Planned Parenthood and ACORN?\u00a0 Yeah, this would be the exact same thing.\u00a0 The First Amendment supports private journalists and citizens in challenging the wisdom of contractual decisions of it’s federal gov’t without fear of this tort.\u00a0 So it won’t work.<\/p>\n

But here’s the thing, I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to be called before Congress for this. I’ve testified before both the House and Senate more times than I can even remember. I’ve even testified before the House Judiciary Committee, presumably what this threat is, and I would love to go back. I’m sure Chairman Goodlatte and I can reminisce about the last time we talked. Steve Chabot and I can talk about his former campaign manager who sat next to me in law school. Steve King would be there, and he invited me to testify four times before a subcommittee he heads. And what do you think Trey Gowdy and I could talk about? It’d be fun.<\/p>\n

Now, I’m told that a reporter was snooping around, and called Williams. A source told me that she claimed it was all a set up by people stalking her. I don’t think he bought it, but we’ve been waiting long enough for the reporter to cover it, and these knuckleheads are still sending upwards of 10 emails a day. So, a little defense seemed needed.<\/p>\n

So, again, I would love to go before Congress. Because when Paul got his contract with the “Department of Commerce: National Institute of Standards and Technology” for the purchase of Redhat Software, he filed a FAR Report Certification, and although he has now had the government mark it private, we captured it before that:

So, anyway when this was found, Wickre changed Majority Shareholders to another lady who I am told not only knew nothing about it, but wanted nothing to do with it.\u00a0 So she was removed from the website too.\u00a0 We are now on “Female Majority Shareholder” #3 in a month in “Elaine Ricci<\/a>“:<\/p>\n

Elaine Ricci has been named Chairwoman and majority shareholder of FirsTech Inc. A graduate of a top 5 business school with an MBA, Ricci also holds a Masters from the\u00a0 Antioch School of Law and a pedigree in Washington Lobbying,<\/p>\n

Ricci has an extensive background in Federal Contracting and an interest in startup business’s and bridge financing in startups and early stage companies.<\/p>\n

Ricci holds interests in technology, IPO’s and advises the venture capital industry on interest rate forecasts and outlook.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I have no idea who she is.\u00a0 She could be a lovely woman who has no idea her boss is a lunatic with a criminal record.\u00a0 I honestly don’t care either.\u00a0 But, she should correct the fact that first para of her bio ends with a comma and not a period.<\/p>\n

I expect more from Wickre in the days to come, because he isn’t smart enough to just stop poking the bear.<\/p>\n

UPDATE: By the way, forgot to mention this, but I have various emails sent to me that originated from Wickre that are soliciting bids and joint efforts that were cc’d to Williams’ congressional email account.<\/strong><\/p>\n
