Deputy Foster knew that he no police in the area used the Italian automobile;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Foster said the car \u201cwas made to look like a police cruiser,\u201d with the body painted black and white, a police-style shield on the doors, and decals for 911, K-9 and speed enforcement. He said the only thing the car didn\u2019t have was police-style blue lights on the top.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The driver told Foster that he was helping police because drivers would slow when they saw him in traffic.
