Three of Montana&#8217;s largest newspapers recently called for him to withdraw his candidacy, while others have demanded he apologize or forfeit his master&#8217;s degree.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Walsh had until Monday, Aug. 11 to drop out of the race and remove himself from the ballot.
