Chief Tango sends us our feel good stories today, the first is from Minnesota<\/a> where 34-year-old Benjamin Beaudoin tried to score a two-fer for himself. After getting his ass beat at the first home, he had to push his luck on a second break-in;<\/p>\n

The sheriff says Beaudoin first broke into a home around 5 a.m. about 15 miles south of International Falls. The homeowner retrieved a shotgun and struck Beaudoin over the head several times, breaking the stock off the shotgun according to the sheriff.<\/p>\n

The sheriff says Beaudoin then fled the scene to another home a few miles away where a 72-year-old woman let Beaudoin into her home. Jespersen says Beaudoin threw the woman to the ground and began beating and choking her. <\/p>\n

Jespersen says the woman’s 48-year-old son went to get a gun from his bedroom where Beaudoin lunged at him and was shot.<\/p>\n

Authorities rushed Beaudoin to Rainy Lake Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The next story comes from Georgia<\/a>;<\/p>\n

The single mother and her three year old live in what she thought was a safe neighborhood. That is, until she returned home on Thursday afternoon and found it had been broken into.<\/p>\n

“I found things missing. They trashed the house, pulled out drawers,” Olearnick said. “They got in through the dog door.”<\/p>\n

One of those missing items was the spare key to her Jeep Wrangler. Petrified and trying to clean up the mess, Orlearnick says she kept her daughter and her weapon close by just in case a burglary came back. And they did the very next night.<\/p>\n

She adds “I heard the back gate open. You can hear it pretty loudly in the house. And it alerted me. So I went off my balcony to check and I saw a man getting into my car.”<\/p>\n

Olearnick says she told the burglar that she had a gun and demanded him to stop, but he continued backing out of her drive way. She says she was not letting the robber get away with anything else of hers.<\/p>\n

“[I] grabbed my gun, ran downstairs and ran out the front door and met him as he was backing out. So, I started firing,” Olearnick explains.<\/p>\n

Completely emptying the magazine in the Jeep and scaring the robber out through the passenger seat and running down the street. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
