He says 35 to 40 construction and gravel trucks use the lot.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m just shocked,\u201d Davenport said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI loaded down in Ennis, south of Dallas. The load was going to Tulsa.
