In TN sends us a link from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.palmbeachpost.com\/news\/news\/crime-law\/former-navy-seal-booked-on-dui-allegedly-threatens\/ngBpS\/\">Palm Beach Post<\/a> which tells the story of Richard DiPietro who was pulled over by the local police for driving erratically and on a flat tire;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[DiPietro] reportedly told a Palm Beach County Sheriff\u2019s deputy to take the handcuffs off because he was a Navy Seal and could \u201cput a hurting\u201d on him, according to a probable cause affidavit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to Don Shipley, he&#8217;s not a SEAL, but I&#8217;ll tell DiPietro that he shouldn&#8217;t give up with that line &#8211; cops will always let you go if you threaten them with your mad ninja skills as a phony SEAL.
